Now sunnier than ever, it’s been graded a 4 star backpacker so you’ll feel right at home in this laid-back, welcoming spot. Perfectly planted for access to the City Centre, Waterfront and the Cape’s top beaches, getting around is a breeze. That’s if you can tear yourself away from the sun-drenched crystal clear pool, or bear to leave the friendly bar. With mere footsteps between the two, life couldn’t be easier. Hmm. A few hours could spin past as you flirt with the sun, cool off in the pool and slow down in the shade. Their reception and travel centre staff are ever ready (sunflower powered) and always willing to help. Whether you need travel tips, hostel info or advice on interesting places and local nightlife, they have packets of inside info to keep you grooving. Sunflower has a complete self-service kitchen, great new bathrooms, a lounge, DSTV with all the channels, weekly braais, wireless internet throughout the house and an internet café. Supermarkets and a variety of great restaurants are close by.
