Perched on the edge of Table Mountain’s toenails and within walking distance of the city centre, this 1860’s lodge is still going strong. Eyeball Table Mountain from the rooftop deck or shoot the breeze (and a couple of pool balls) in the bar. If pool is not your scene, they have a bunch of fun games and a wicked set of cocktails. So grab a pew and slurp something yummy. When hunger strikes, hop a block and a half over to the Gardens Centre, shop for supplies, then investigate the kitchen and see how inspired your inner chef can be.
