Wedged between the toes of the Clarens Mountain and surrounded by the green of weeping willows and red of sandstone, this blast into the past’s personality comes from an unusual collection of nostalgic signs and interesting roadside finds. Built around a central courtyard with a fireplace, a stage and an outside bar, they offer all the basics of backpacking with a dorm for girls (and one for boys), a spacious kitchen, two teepees, a cottage and a couple of large family rooms, each with their own bathroom and fireplace.
