This is an amazing trip into the heart of the Wild Coast. Their office open daily from 7am to 10pm.

Tune in and turn on.
Amadiba was one of South Africa’s first tourism initiatives to be entirely owned, and run by an indigenous community. Their outstanding guided horse and hiking trails (suitable for beginners or advanced riders) meander along South Africa’s most scenic and remote coastline. En route you encounter the warm Pondo people, cleanse your soul beneath crystal waterfalls, canoe untouched rivers and hike among wild animals in a nature reserve in the trip of a lifetime. At night you sleep in delicious eco-friendly tented camps with hot showers. Affordable day trails and 4 - 6 day trails depart from Port Edward. They also offer a drive-in and sleep option.
Day 1
…A delightful prickle of anticipation lurches across my stomach as I’m met by my grinning guide. As I transfer my clothes into a saddlebag, I feel a wonderful sense of lightness descend…
Day 2
…Can’t believe how well I’ve slept. Must be Wild Coast Magic! The day is still waking. Sleepy birds call a welcome as the sun raises its head above the waves…
Day 3
… The sardines are running! The gulls are going beserk plunging into the ocean at breakneck speed to pig out on a feast of fresh fish…
Day 4
…As we weave our way along the coastline, thousands of dolphins chase through a sea of sardines. My mind can’t keep up with their antics, let alone their numbers. It’s the most amazing thing I’ve ever seen…
Day 6
…Streams of people cross the hills on their way to church. Old people, their faces etched with wisdom, carry bundles of freshly picked herbs while kids chomp on sticks of sweet sugarcane... I don’t want to leave…
